Hotels for the event
Ivory Rock’s guests had a massive response to hotels last event. Book early this year!
Amaroo is offering transportation to/from hotels to the event.

Quest Ipswich Hotel
Located 15 mins aprox from Ivory Rock venue.
The hotel is finishing a multi million renovation, including new furniture to be completed by this coming June, therefore rates at this location have gone up.
Two type of accommodations:
*Studios with kitchenette: max capacity 2 guests at a rate of AUD $530.00 per night incl tax.
*One Bedroom with kitchen: capacity 2 guests rate of AUD $560.00 per night incl tax. Add one guest more, with sofa bed at an extra fee of AUD 45.00 per night incl tax.
Guests can process their bookings by sending the Booking Form attached or Request it to travelbestway@yahoo.com. Once the hotel process your Booking, you will then receive a Confirmation Booking Number.
One night cancelation fee will be charge at less than 60 days from check-in. Total Booking charge at less than 30 days from check-in. Exceptions to this might be considered with a Doctor’s notice.

Note that the Westin Hotel was recently built adjacent to Sheraton.
With this rate you could use the Westin facilities, pool etc.
Bookings must be received before August 5th. After that, if there are still rooms available at the discounted rate, guests would need to contact the hotel directly via phone.
